The mall may be charged $37 per linear foot by the contractor and then the mall may charge the tenant $45 per linear foot. When shopping centers purchase and use the MALLFORMS barricades, the mall pays for the barricade ONE TIME, then deploys the reusable barricade system for the tenant (using mall maintenance personnel in less than 2 hours) and charges the tenant the same market price of $45 per linear foot. A 30 linear foot store-front (12 feet high) will take approximately 4 hours to deploy the barricade system for the first time. You will be able to deploy the barricade system in about 2 hours after the initial installation. This is due to the fact that the barricade system is stored partially assembled.

Typically, a mall stores the barricade system in an existent empty space, a hallway, or a storage room. Mall Maintenance personnel typically set up the barricades.
